1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing this website, filling out the contact form, or entering into a project agreement, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use this website or my services.

2. Services Provided

I offer freelance web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, and related software development services (e.g., LMS and ERP systems). The specific scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and costs will be detailed in a separate written project proposal or contract for each individual client engagement.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the smooth execution of a project, the client agrees to:

• Provide clear requirements, feedback, and necessary assets (text, images, logos) in a timely manner.
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed-upon timeframes.
• Ensure they have the legal right to use any materials provided to me for inclusion in the project.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the individual project contract. Generally, a non-refundable deposit is required before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or at specific milestones. Late payments may result in the suspension of services or delayed delivery of the final product.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon receipt of full payment, the intellectual property rights for the final delivered code and designs will transfer to the client, unless otherwise specified in the contract. I reserve the right to display the completed project in my portfolio and marketing materials, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been signed. Any open-source libraries or third-party assets used remain under their respective licenses.

6. Warranties and Liability

I strive to deliver high-quality, bug-free software. However, my services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising from the use of the website or the software I develop.
